ACTION AC and Prop Rentals are all about "Keeping It Green", protecting our environment and the world we live in. We pride ourselves on providing Air Conditioning and Heating solutions that utilize NO FOSSIL FUELS and create ZERO EMISSIONS and NO POLLUTION. We need to take care of the world we live in and make every attempt possible to reduce waste and maintain a clean and pollution free workplace. Renting a Heater or Air Conditioning unit from us ensures your production will be preventing pollution and the releasing of harmful contaminants into the air we breathe.

RECLAIMED GOODS

Nearly 75% of all of the Set Dressing owned and rented by ACTION AC and Prop Rentals has been Reclaimed Goods. The majority of our inventory, from Office Paperwork and File Folders to File Cabinets and Office Furniture, was rescued from the destiny of landfills. Whenever possible, we make it a point to save, re-use and re-purpose items that can be used again and again in our industry without the need of buying and discarding at the end of your production. Renting from us means less waste at the end of your job...and a little bit less for our landfills.

DON'T DISCARD...DONATE

When you find yourself with an overwhelming amount of goods left over at the end of your production, don't cave in and simply dump everything into a 30yd dumpster to ship it off to the landfills. Take the time to break down the lumber, wrangle the cables and recycle your goods to the nearest center. If you need help, contact us. In many cases, we can provide you with a drop off point for most of your reusable goods. If you have furniture or dressing to get rid of, we might be able to arrange a pickup. Let us know before you throw...we would be happy to lend a hand to help keep our world a little more green.

KEEP IT GREEN

If everyone in our industry took a little time to consider the waste we create and work on solutions to re-cycle and re-purpose even just a third of what we think is garbage into salvageable goods, that would be a third less waste going into our landfills. One Productions trash may be another Production's treasure. Be responsible and do your part to keep New York clean and make our industry responsible for those around us. Set an example and try to Keep It Green every chance you get! The residents in your locations will thank you, the City will thank you and ultimately, your children will thank you.
